1. How much is the delivery cost?
There is an initial cost of £1.50 per order plus a fee for each additional item on top of that. Heavier items will cost more and lighter items will cost less.
2. Where will you delivery to?
Delivery is to UK mainland. International orders can be made by prior arrangement email info@thefaeryshop.co.uk
3. How long does it take to deliver?
Delivery is by Royal Mail and takes between 1-5 working days.

Yes. We accept visa, master card, solo and switch debit or credit cards. Order over the phone by calling 01736 330201 (mon-fri 9am - 6pm, sat 10am - 4pm) or buy online. We use PayPal for secure internet money transactions.
Yes you can. Please email info@thefaeryshop.co.uk stating your order and delivery address and we will forward you the necessary details. Please make cheques payable to LOVE AND LIGHT.
We do not issue refunds on our products, unless they are faulty and we are notified within 3 working days. The buyer is responisble for postage costs to return item/s. All faulty jewellery must be returned by special delivery, as we are not responsible for items lost in the post.
