1. How much is the delivery cost?
There is an initial cost of £1.50 per order plus a fee for each additional item on top of that. Heavier items will cost more and lighter items will cost less. |
2. Where will you delivery to?
Delivery is to UK mainland. International orders can be made by prior arrangement email info@thefaeryshop.co.uk |
3. How long does it take to deliver?
Delivery is by Royal Mail and takes between 1-5 working days. |

| Yes. We accept visa, master card, solo and switch debit or credit cards. Order over the phone by calling 01736 330201 (mon-fri 9am - 6pm, sat 10am - 4pm) or buy online. We use PayPal for secure internet money transactions. |
| Yes you can. Please email info@thefaeryshop.co.uk stating your order and delivery address and we will forward you the necessary details. Please make cheques payable to LOVE AND LIGHT. |
| We do not issue refunds on our products, unless they are faulty and we are notified within 3 working days. The buyer is responisble for postage costs to return item/s. All faulty jewellery must be returned by special delivery, as we are not responsible for items lost in the post. |
